Warranty Information

The following warranty information applies to all MGRM products sold in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore. For warranty information applicable in other regions, please contact Customer Care.

Limited Warranty

Our products have a limited warranty from the date of delivery to the purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The duration of the warranty varies by product. Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect.

MGRM warrants to the original purchaser that:

  • The product is free from defects in materials and workmanship
  • Warranty does not apply if this product
    • Was not purchased from MGRM’s authorized dealers, distributors, chemists and retail stores
    • Has been altered in any way
    • Has not been used in accordance with MGRM’s ‘Wearing Instructions’
  • The limited warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, misuse or function beyond capacity, parts damaged/broken by improper product assembly, substitution or repair or alteration of a part that as per MGRM’s standard codes materially or adversely affects the product or part.
  • MGRM under this limited warranty is obliged to either repair or replace the product at no charge or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at MGRM’s sole discretion.
  • Use of the product is not a guarantee against Injury . User should consult with his doctor immediately in case of discomfort or any kind of adverse medical reaction following the use of the product
  • The user should consult his doctor with any questions as to how this product applies to his specific medical condition
  • MGRM disclaims and excludes any other express or implied warranties not set forth in this limited warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • This limited warranty excludes liability for any personal injury, property damage or special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of, related or incident to use of this product

Return Policy

MGRM advises the original purchaser on the following return policy:
  • Non-warranty returns will be accepted within 90 days from the date of delivery / purchase
  • Inspect all orders upon receipt. In the event that items were ordered or delivered incorrectly, notify your location medical sales rep or the Customer Care within five working days from the receipt of the goods. Off the shelf products may be returned by the original purchaser for credit or replacement within the timeframe for returns
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. When returning the product for credit or replacement, you must provide the original order number and the reason for return.
  • Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation. Altered or discounted items are not returnable.
